Measuring just 23.5 inches Junrey Balawing was declared by Guinness World Records as the shortest man in the world. He hails from the town of Sindangan located at Southern Mindanao. The previous record holder was Khagendra Thapa Magar of Nepal, who was measured in 2010 at just over 26 inches. Congratulations! Mabuhay ang Pilipino!!!
