A guy from the Philippines posted a pic of his puppy hanged on a clothesline. He posted it on FB and a lot of viewers were dismayed especially the animal lovers. Although he already apologize for his action and showed a video of the puppy to prove that it was alright. He said it was just for fun but the damage has been done.
