Peter Joemel Advincula, the man who claims to be the hooded narrator of the anti-Duterte series "And Totoong Narcolist", surrendered to police on Monday night over a warrant of arrest for cyberlibel case.
This was confirmed to GMA News Online by Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) chief Major General Amador Corpuz.
CIDG-NCR chief Colonel Arnold Thomas Ibay said Advincula surrendered to the police at around 7 p.m.
Ibay said the warrant of arrest against Advincula was issued by the Legazpi City Regional Trial Court Branch 5.
PNP chief Police General Oscar Albayalde said Advincula is being booked at the CIDG-NCR office as of posting time. —NB, GMA News
