We all complain about the terrible road traffic in the Philippines (especially EDSA). Add to that is the extreme weather conditions that goes from humid to wet in an instant, resulting to the inconvenience of commuting. These may be some of the many reasons why we Filipinos have readily depended on whatever mode of public transportation is readily available to take us wherever we want to go.
Now, we are lead to the question – what is the most practical way to travel?
